Once you have the necessary gear equipped, head to Travincal in either Nightmare or Hell difficulty (depending on how good your gear is), run to the entrance to the Durance of Hate, and head inside. It's also very geared toward the end-game, so don't look to level up with this build. Of course, because this build is so specialized, you shouldn't really expect to do much else with it unless you make some drastic changes.
